The Dimplex 3kW 403TSTi has all of the great features of the older DXC30 - but with the addition of a 24 hour timer that allows you to set just the periods when you want your heater to come on. 

This means that you can arrive home from work to a cosy bedroom, or set the heater to provide a boost of warmth before arriving in the kitchen to make your morning cup of tea. 

These heaters are also used extensively in commercial premises - so they can be programmed to work when a shop or garage is in operation, for example. Of course, you can always manually over-ride the timer. Plus the thermostatic control means that the convector heater shuts off and saves energy when your desired temperature is reached.
